Silvia Afshar - President/CEO
Silvia has served as an active and influential partner since the company's inception. She began her career as the company office manager before taking on the role of Chief of Operations. As current President and CEO, Silvia brings a unique vision and approach to her direction of BAI. Her philosophies have shaped the company's values and set the standard for our unparalleled customer service.
Behnam Afshar - Principal/Project Executive
Behnam began his career in seismic retrofitting in Los Angeles in the mid-'80s. Seizing his dreams, he later headed north to open his own company here in the Bay Area. His approach to business is simple: Quality First. As Project Executive, Behnam incorporates his experience and expert knowledge into delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions. His passion and commitment to excellence shine through in every project.
